Our Story
“I saw many talented Sri Lankans struggling to find good job opportunities, so I wanted to create a local platform to connect them easily. Many young people go into trades like carpentry, but despite their knowledge, they often lack exposure. Joblanka is here to help them find both full-time and part-time opportunities.”
All operations — development, community management, and marketing — are currently handled by Pranavan, the founder and creator of Joblanka. This personal approach ensures quality, reliability, and alignment with local needs.
